Q: What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit cards and other secure payment options shown at checkout (like Shop Pay, Apple Pay, etc.).
Q: Can I change or cancel my order?
Reach out as soon as possible with your order number. If your order hasn't shipped yet, we'll do our best to help.
Q: Do you offer gift cards?
Not yet, but we're workin' on it. If that's something you'd love, let us know!
SHIPPING
Q: Where do yinz ship?
We ship across the United States from our little corner of the 412.
Q: How long does shipping take?
Most orders ship within a few business days. Once your order leaves us, you'll get a tracking number to follow along.
Q: How much does shipping cost?
Rates are calculated at checkout. We sometimes offer free shipping promos - keep an eye on the banner at the top of the site or join our email list.
Q: Do you offer local pickup in Pittsburgh?
If we add local pickup or pop-ups around the Burgh, we'll share that on the site and social. For now, everything ships to your door.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Q: What's your return policy?
We accept returns and exchanges within the timeframe in our Refund Policy, as long as items are unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Q: How do I start a return or exchange?
Message us through the Contact page with your order number and we'll walk yinz through it.
Q: Who pays for return shipping?
Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or there was an error with your order.
Q: Can I return a sale item?
Sale items are usually final sale unless noted otherwise.
SIZING & PRODUCT CARE
Q: How do your shirts fit?
Most tees are unisex and true to size. For a roomier fit, size up. Check our Size Guide for measurements.
Q: How should I wash my gear?
Machine wash cold, inside out. Tumble dry low or hang dry. Don't iron directly on the print.
Q: Will my shirt shrink?
Wash cold and dry low to keep your gear in top shape.
